Who are we
Ma Cherie Wholesale was started in 2009 to create high quality traditional French macarons and pastries. Ma Cherie’s sweet products are hand made by a team of pastry chefs using the finest ingredients. Our products are made in New Zealand using high quality ingredients with no artificial preservatives or fillers.
Ma Cheries Founders
The Couple Guillaume and Hiroe Nicoli are the owners of Ma Cherie. Guillaume is a trained French pastry chef in France many years. At the age of 17 Guillaume was apprenticed to a Master Pastry Chef who taught him everything.

Ma Cheris product range includes tarts, macarons, eclairs, profiteroles ,gateaux, whole cakes ,peti fours, animal macarons and retail pkt cookies .
